Digital Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, and track rankings.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to measure ROI and KPIs.
• Manage social media channels, grow followers, and drive engagement.
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Took, prepared and present regular performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive/Assistant/Manager (1–3 years).
• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Graphic design and video editing basics (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns).
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
