WebDenso is looking for a strategic and performance-driven Senior SEO Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an expert in advanced SEO strategies, with hands-on experience in Google Ads , Meta Ads (with Facebook Pixel integration) , and eCommerce marketing . You will play a crucial role in scaling WebDenso’s digital presence across platforms and improving ROI from both paid and organic channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and drive lead generation. Perform in-depth technical SEO audits , on-page optimization, keyword analysis, and backlink strategies using industry-leading tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC). Collaborate with content, tech, and design teams to ensure all website elements support SEO best practices. Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) with a clear focus on ROAS and conversion tracking. Strategically manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, using Facebook Pixel for tracking, retargeting, and funnel building. Optimize landing pages and product pages for eCommerce performance , focusing on conversions, speed, and user intent. Use data-driven insights to regularly report performance metrics and implement growth hacks. Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, ad platform updates, and eCommerce trends. Key Requirements: Minimum 4 years of SEO and digital marketing experience with measurable success. Proven expertise in Google Ads , Meta Ads Manager , and conversion tracking via Facebook Pixel . Strong grasp of eCommerce funnels , keyword intent, and CRO strategies. Experience working on large-scale eCommerce or service-based websites. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Hotjar, and Shopify/WooCommerce (preferred) . Solid communication, reporting, and team management skills. Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Experience with email marketing funnels and automation tools. Familiarity with product feed optimization for Google Merchant Center. The CSA will be responsible for managing daily customer interactions via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails, ensuring a smooth experience from enquiry to order delivery. You’ll be the voice of the brand and the go-to person for solving queries, confirming orders, and coordinating with the internal team. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming queries from customers through WhatsApp, calls, and email. Assist customers in booking gifts, decoration services, or events on the Giftlaya platform. Explain packages, services, and delivery timelines clearly to potential clients. Convert inquiries into successful bookings using friendly and persuasive communication. Follow up on pending queries and ensure timely order processing. Coordinate with the backend and logistics teams for order execution. Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly. Handle post-order feedback and resolve any customer complaints professionally. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus). Confident in handling clients over WhatsApp and phone. Good typing speed and basic Excel knowledge. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, celebration-centric business. Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but freshers are welcome . Eligibility: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Female candidates preferred for this role.
