Tele Caller Executive

Webdenso is hiring a Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound customer communications for Giftlaya – one of India’s fastest-growing brands in event decoration and gifting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into bookings, answering customer queries, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Giftlaya services (balloon decoration, surprise planning, gifts, etc.).
• Explain Giftlaya’s offerings clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings via WhatsApp/call.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Handle basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues.
• Follow up with clients post-event for feedback and reviews.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Ability to handle rejection and work towards targets.
• A friendly, customer-first attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
