Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate – Sales, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing deals. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding Webdenso’s client base by promoting our services and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
• Call and follow up with leads to explain Webdenso’s services and convert them into clients.
• Pitch customized digital solutions (web design, development, branding, SEO) to potential clients.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and consultations with interested prospects.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project onboarding.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Gather feedback and work towards improving customer experience.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client interaction.
• Sales-driven mindset with a hunger to achieve targets.
• Basic understanding of digital services like websites, branding, and marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
