Human Resource Internship

WebDenso is a fast-growing technology and digital solutions company that values innovation, teamwork, and people-first culture. We are looking for a motivated Freelance HR Intern who can assist with HR operations and talent management while gaining real-world experience in the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support in drafting job descriptions, internship roles, and offer letters.
• Maintain candidate records, employee data, and HR documents.
• Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new interns/employees.
• Coordinate with team leads for performance tracking and feedback collection.
• Support HR team in employee engagement initiatives and company culture activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing/completed MBA in HR/Management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a remote/freelance setup.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
