Human Resource Internship

As an HR Recruitment Intern at AcquireX, you will be joining our Human Resources team to gain practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of the recruitment process and work closely with experienced professionals in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates. - Bulk screening and shortlisting of applications through phone calls. - Help review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding their application status and interview details. - Support the maintenance of candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate records. - Conduct research on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance our processes. - Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed. Qualifications: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes with good working knowledge in MS Office. - Good communication and interpersonal skills with eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in the HR field.
