Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals and platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed.
• Maintain HR databases and reports using MS Excel.
• Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment and employee engagement processes.
• Communicate with candidates and employees effectively to address queries and provide updates.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the HR team.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
