Human Resource Internship

As an Intern - Recruiter at BAI Infosolutions Private Limited - CoTrav, Fleet 24x7, Travelparo, located in Gurgaon, your primary role will be to support the company in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. You will be responsible for bridging management and employee relations, managing the recruitment and selection process, and supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. - Managing the recruitment and selection process. - Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. - Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. - Nurturing a positive working environment. - Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. - Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs. - Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics. - Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. - Participating in organizing company events and career days. To excel in this role, you must have good written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of formal email writing and email etiquette, outstanding research skills, strong knowledge of HR, and a result-oriented approach to handling recruitment targets. Additionally, you should possess a BBA or MBA in business administration, a bachelor's degree in HR, or any other equivalent qualification in related fields.
