As a Sales & Marketing Associate at our company located in Himatnagar, Gujarat, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our CP and sanitary ware products in the assigned area. You will play a crucial role in expanding our dealer and distributor network while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and visiting prospective dealers and distributors, conducting field visits, demonstrations, and presentations to promote our products. Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring timely delivery of schemes and offers, and sharing market feedback and competitor analysis will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A minimum education of 12th Pass or Graduate is required, and having basic product knowledge or willingness to learn about sanitary/bathware products is essential. Additionally, you must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license as daily travel within the designated region is necessary. Key skills that will help you succeed in this position include field sales execution, customer relationship management, product promotion & demonstration, market lead generation, result-oriented approach, time & territory management, and target achievement.
