Human Resource Internship

As an intern at BetterWay, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the organization by taking on the following day-to-day responsibilities: - Ensure active and responsive communication with clear, articulate language and consistent follow-ups to close all open communication threads - Filter and assess candidate intent, role fit, and availability; coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates - Assist with offer letter generation, pre-joining engagement, post-joining formalities, and onboarding processes - Contribute to and help conduct training programs across various organizational roles - Address employee inquiries and assist in resolving basic workplace concerns - Support team-building initiatives by leveraging reference networks, online communities, and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates - Actively prospect, reach out to, and engage with candidates across functions - Build and nurture strong professional networks, especially within communities such as doctors, paramedics, and tech professionals In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be part of a transparent and inclusive work environment at BetterWay where every individual's voice is valued.
