Selected Intern’s Day‑to‑day Responsibilities Include Use reference networks, online communities, and job boards to prospect and target potential candidates. Engage with professionals—such as doctors, paramedics, and tech specialists—in community forums and networks. Reach out to candidates, communicate clearly and responsively, and set expectations to keep conversations moving. Filter candidates for intent, cultural and professional fit, and availability. Coordinate interview schedules and keep candidates informed at every stage. Support offer letter generation, pre-joining engagement, post-joining formalities, and onboarding planning. Participate in and contribute to training programs across organizational roles. Handle employee inquiries, escalate or resolve basic issues, and ensure a smooth employee experience. Champion company values—empowerment, transparency, ownership—and embed them into everyday processes. Maintain high standards of professionalism, especially in patient‑facing and support roles. Demonstrate attention to detail and uphold strict confidentiality in all interactions.
