Responsibilities

Manage the complete life cycle of recruitment.
Source candidates through Job Portals like Naukri, Internshala, and Social Media

Platforms.

Screen the candidates based on Educational Qualification, Communication skill and experience.
Schedule and track the shortlisted candidates for the interview.
Meet the targets as per the recruitment plan.
Maintain the database, MIS and reports of the candidates.
Must be involved in the joining process of the employee – onboarding, documentation, and the post joining activities.
Communicate with internal stakeholders on regular basis and conduct employee engagement activities.
