Qa Analyst in Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Conduct data analysis using MySQL to support decision-making and validate business requirements
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on requirements and specifications
• Execute manual testing to ensure application functionality and performance
• Perform SQL-based data validation and back-end testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve them
• Participate in UAT and support go-live activities
  

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business administration, or any related field
• Have 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst or Quality Analyst role
• Demonstrate proficiency in MySQL for data querying, data validation, and business analysis
• Show strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
• Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Be tech savvy
