Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist the CTO with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring priority projects move forward without bottlenecks.
Keep a pulse on ongoing projects by tracking updates, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring alignment between engineering teams and the CTO’s vision.
Act as a bridge between the CTO and internal stakeholders, drafting communications and ensuring the right information gets to the right people.
Organize and prioritize the CTO’s calendar to ensure meetings have agendas and actionable minutes afterward.
Handle ad-hoc problem-solving, whether it’s researching a new tool, coordinating an event, or fixing a process gap.
