Role Overview: As our Counseling Psychologist, you’ll: Deliver individual 45-60 minute in‑clinic counseling for anxiety, depression and other conditions, utilising evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapies. Work with our doctors to align patient journey and care coordinators, to schedule sessions and log progress. Document and update patient notes in our consultation app after each session and escalate any clinical concerns to the consulting doctor. Provide insights into patient needs to inform program enhancements. Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and continuous learning sessions. Requirements: Qualification: Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology or equivalent, with valid licensure to practice in India. Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct counseling experience, preferably including anxiety and depression care. Skills: Strong rapport‑building, active listening, and empathy; comfortable with tele‑health platforms. Mindset: Collaborative, punctual, and committed to our holistic‑integrated approach.
