Human Resource Internship

As a Freelance HR Intern at WebDenso, you will be a part of a fast-growing technology and digital solutions company that values innovation, teamwork, and a people-first culture. Your role will involve assisting with HR operations and talent management, providing you with real-world experience in the HR domain. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles. - Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers. - Support in drafting job descriptions, internship roles, and offer letters. - Maintain candidate records, employee data, and HR documents. - Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new interns/employees. - Coordinate with team leads for performance tracking and feedback collection. - Support HR team in employee engagement initiatives and company culture activities. Qualifications Required: - Pursuing/completed MBA in HR/Management or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred). - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Good organizational and multitasking abilities. - Comfortable working in a remote/freelance setup.
