Human Resource Internship

As an HR Recruitment Intern at AcquireX, you will be part of a dynamic IT Extension company that provides innovative business consulting and tailored services to international clients, specializing in e-commerce solutions. Your internship will be located in Viman Nagar, Pune for a duration of 3 months with a stipend of 5000/- per month. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates. - Bulk screening and shortlisting of applications through phone calls. - Help review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding their application status and interview details. - Support the maintenance of candidate databases and tracking systems for accurate records. - Conduct research on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance processes. - Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed. Qualifications: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes with good working knowledge in MS Office. - Good communication and interpersonal skills with eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in the HR field.
