Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Executive at My Mentor, you will play a key role in growing our brand awareness and online presence. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience, as well as for experienced professionals looking to make a significant impact in the digital marketing space.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blogs, social media posts, website updates, and email campaigns.
• SEO & SEM: Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and run paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and increase conversions.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
• Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Brand Strategy: Help develop strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement within target markets.

Requirements:

For Freshers:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A creative mindset with a passion for marketing and social media.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and in a team.
