As an Executive Chef at Nimaya Resort & Spa, located in Mandu, Madhya Pradesh, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen. Your role will involve menu planning, ingredient sourcing, food preparation, and presentation. You will also oversee kitchen staff, ensure food safety standards, and maintain budgetary controls. Day-to-day tasks include creating innovative dishes, coordinating with local suppliers, overseeing food quality and consistency, and training and mentoring kitchen personnel.
