Ensure correct posting of bills to guest accounts / room folios. Handle multiple modes of payment (cash, card, digital, room charge). Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of cashier counter. Support F&B service team with guest queries related to billing. Follow company SOPs for cash handling, voids, discounts, and promotions. Prepare daily cashiering reports and submit to Accounts/Manager. Provide courteous and efficient service to guests. Skills & Requirements: Previous experience as a cashier in F&B/hospitality preferred. Knowledge of POS systems and billing software. Strong numerical and communication skills.
