Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Excellence - GRE at KIMS Hospitals located in Hyderabad. The Service Excellence - GRE will be responsible for ensuring exceptional patient experience, maintaining high levels of customer service, and addressing patient feedback. They will facilitate communication between patients and medical staff, analyze service metrics, and collaborate with various departments to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.

• Analytical Skills to assess and improve service quality
• Basic understanding of Sales and Finance concepts
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
