Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef at Nimaya Resort & Spa in Mandu, Madhya Pradesh, your role will involve managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, food preparation, and presentation. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining budgetary controls. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating innovative dishes, coordinating with local suppliers, overseeing food quality and consistency, and training and mentoring kitchen personnel.
