Key Responsibilities:

Business Analyst (40%)

• Collaborate with product and technology teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements

• Assist in preparing functional specifications, workflows, and user stories

• Support the design and implementation of software modules and business processes

Business Development (40%)

• Conduct market research to identify prospects for the Digital Mold Management Tool

• Support client presentations, solution pitches, and proposals

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and align with Packfora’s offerings

• Assist in preparing business decks, demos, and proposals with senior guidance

Marketing (20%)

• Assist in creating marketing collaterals, brochures, and case studies

• Contribute to digital campaigns, social media content, and email outreach for lead generation

• Track competitor activities and share insights for effective positioning

• Collaborate on building thought-leadership content, success stories, and client testimonials

Key Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (Computer Science / IT) *Mandatory

• MBA in any specialization (Marketing) *Mandatory

• Foundational understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• 0–1 year of experience (Fresh MBA graduates are encouraged to apply)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into insights

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams/SharePoint)

• Strong presentation and documentation skills (BRDs, SRS, SOPs, proposals)

• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, interpersonal, and storytelling

• Adaptability to work across business, technical, and marketing functions

• Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
