Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic MBA Graduate to join our team as an Executive. This unique role offers a dual exposure with added marketing responsibilities:


Experience


1. Business Analyst (40%)

• Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements.

• Assist in preparing functional specifications, workflows, and user stories.

• Support the design and implementation of software modules and business processes.

2. Business Development (40%)

• Conduct market research to identify prospects for Business Product.

• Support client presentations, solution pitches, and proposals.

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and align with Packfora’s offerings.

• Prepare business decks, demos, and proposals with senior guidance.

3. Marketing (20%)

• Assist in creating marketing collaterals, product brochures, and case studies.

• Contribute to digital campaigns, social media content, and email outreach for lead generation.

• Track competitor activities and share insights for positioning the product effectively.

• Work with the marketing team to build thought-leadership content, success stories, and client testimonials

• Comfort with collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, or equivalents).

• Create professional business documents (BRDs, SRS, MOMs, SOPs, Proposals).

• Maintain version-controlled documentation repositories.

• Verbal: Confident in client and stakeholder interactions.
