Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

  1. Partner with the CEO to drive the company’s vision, goals, and growth strategy.
  2. Oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects across departments.
  3. Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Leadership Support

  1. Act as a sounding board for the CEO and provide counsel on key business decisions.
  2. Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment of priorities and objectives.
  3. Facilitate communication and collaboration among senior leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Operational Efficiency

  1. Identify and address bottlenecks in processes, optimizing workflows for better efficiency.
  2. Oversee cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
  3. Coordinate and manage the CEO’s schedule, priorities, and commitments effectively.

Stakeholder Management

  1. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  2. Act as a liaison between the CEO and the team, ensuring transparency and clarity in communication.
  3. Represent the company in industry events and networking opportunities.

People and Culture

  1. Collaborate with HR to foster a high-performing and positive organizational culture.
  2. Drive leadership development and team-building initiatives.
  3. Support recruitment efforts for critical leadership roles.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  1. Prepare regular reports and presentations for the CEO, summarizing operational and financial performance.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor performance, providing insights for strategic planning.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 8+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or strategic role.
  3. Experience in the real estate brokerage industry is highly preferred.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
