This role goes beyond administrative support—it’s about enabling the Founder to  stay focused on high-impact priorities, while driving efficiency and ensuring seamless coordination  across teams and stakeholders.

Requirement

• 4–7 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or similar coordination role. • Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to prioritize. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; articulate, confident, and professional. • Presentable and polished, with strong stakeholder management skills. 

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset. 

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and modern collaboration tools.
