About the Internship

As a Talent Acquisition Intern (Retail HR), you'll be an active part of the HR team, helping us build a strong workforce for our retail stores. You'll get hands-on experience in sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, while learning how end-to-end hiring works in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for retail roles (Store Associates, Visual Merchandisers, Retail Managers, etc.) through job portals and social media.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain strong communication with candidates.
• Assist in scheduling and conducting HR interviews.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes for new joiners.
• Maintain hiring trackers and ensure timely closures.
• Collaborate with retail store managers and the HR team to understand manpower needs.
• Work on employer branding initiatives to attract quality retail talent.
