We’re Hiring: Founders’ Office- Makerspace Master (EdTech | Engineering Graduate)

Are you an engineering graduate who loves building, experimenting, and creating hands-on STEM experiences? Join our Founders’ Office and help us design and scale makerspace-led learning for students across India!

Experience- 2-3 years

What you’ll do:

Manage and maintain our makerspace

Build prototypes and support STEM/maker curriculum

Work closely with founders on strategic product & learning initiatives

Collaborate directly with founders on high-impact business and product initiatives

Conduct research, analyse data, and prepare insights to support strategic decision-making

Drive cross-functional projects involving product, tech, operations, and business teams

Establish systems and processes to improve organizational efficiency

Track key business KPIs and prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations

Support investor communication, fundraising tasks, and documentation

Manage key stakeholder relationships, internal and external

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any specialization)

Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, and basic data tools

Good understanding of technology, product development, and business fundamentals

Excellent communication skills and a bias for action

Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability
