We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Technology to lead our technical vision and drive innovation across our digital learning platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI & ML, hands-on experience in developing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Knowledge Management Systems (KMS), and an in-depth understanding of hardware, cloud infrastructure, and data security. A proven track record in the EdTech domain is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement the company’s long-term technology roadmap aligned with business and product goals.
Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable LMS and KMS platforms with an AI-first approach.
Leverage AI/ML for personalized learning experiences, intelligent content delivery, and automation.
Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), ensuring scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
Manage hardware integration where needed (IoT, learning devices, embedded systems).
Implement and enforce best practices in data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Content, Sales, Marketing) to deliver seamless digital experiences.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance tech team including developers, DevOps engineers, and data scientists.
Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies that align with EdTech innovations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
12+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years in the EdTech industry.
Strong technical expertise in:
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
LMS and KMS development
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Hardware & system integration
Data privacy, security protocols, and compliance standards
Proven experience building and scaling secure, high-availability systems.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices and modern software development life cycles.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
