Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Manage the Directors calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
2. Draft, review, and manage internal & external communication3. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and drive follow-ups4. Create and support presentations, reports, and business documents5. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations6. Plan domestic and international travel logistics7. Maintain strict confidentiality and act as a trusted point of contact

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration/Management)
2. 25 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / PA3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills4. Strong proficiency in MS Office & collaboration tools.5. Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities6. Professional presence, strong interpersonal skills7. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments8. Age: Within 30 years
