Job Description

Travel Plan, book, and manage complex international travel itineraries (flights, accommodation, ground transportation, etc.)
    • Prepare detailed travel itineraries for executives, including meeting schedules, travel times, and contingency plans.
    • Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings, conferences all across the world etc.
    • Manage travel arrangements for the CEO (including but not limited to visa arrangements, ticket bookings, cab arrangements, hotel bookings etc.)
    • Managing phone calls, routine emails and correspondence with vendors and clients within India and Internationally.
    • Maintain strong follow-up systems for timely completion of projects/assignments and keep the CEO updated on any developments, status reports related to ongoing projects and share follow-ups and follow-throughs with internal and external teams.
    • Work on ad hoc research projects and ensure timely completion with 100% accuracy and eye for detailing.
    • Should be high on integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality in day-to-day operations.
    • Organizing and servicing meetings, social gatherings, and events.
    • Project management skills coupled with sound knowledge of multiple time zones, Microsoft suite and G suite.
    • Remain up-to-date with the latest trends and events in the industry.
    • Creating Presentations, summary reports, and budgets as and when required by the CEO.

    • Strong conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills and logical thinking
    • Immaculate written and oral communication skills with the ability to take ownership of ones work.
    • Process-oriented: Demonstrable commitment to following processes, documentation etc.
    • Proficient at using the Internet, and demonstrable technical aptitude/inclination.
    • Proactive with a go-getter attitude
    • Team player with collaboration skills
    • Highly organized and multitasker
Education & Qualifications
    • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office is a must.
    • Team player with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
    • Open to travel as and when required.
    • Should be comfortable working on rotational weekends (5-day working role) and flexible to work in US time zones as and when required.
    • Bachelor s degree (Master s degree will be preferred).
    • 2-5 years of relevant work experience preferably having worked in MNC s and having exposure to multiple cultures and US time zones.
