About the Role
As
Executive Assistant to the CEO
, youll work closely with the CEO to help manage day-to-day priorities, projects, and communications. Youll handle scheduling, information flow, follow-ups, and special projects acting as a trusted partner and ensuring that the CEOs time is focused on what matters most. Youll also help coordinate across teams making sure ideas turn into action.

What Youll Do
As the
Executive Assistant to the CEO
at Headphone Zone, youll be the CEOs trusted partner keeping him organised, informed, and focused on high-impact priorities. Youll play a pivotal role in helping the business move faster and smarter, while embodying our culture of service, excellence, and passion for music. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:

Communication Management:
Own and manage the CEOs communication channels emails, calls, messages ensuring timely responses, clear priorities, and seamless information flow.

Calendar Scheduling:
Take full ownership of the CEOs calendar scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and events to ensure optimal time management and alignment with business priorities.

Follow-Up Execution:
Drive effective follow-up on action items, decisions, and key projects. Youll ensure that tasks move forward and that nothing slips through the cracks.

Delegation Team Coordination:
Assist the CEO in delegating tasks and coordinating with team members across departments. Youll help keep the right people aligned and projects on track.

Research Insights:
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to support the CEOs strategic decision-making.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Based in Mumbai this is a full-time, in-office role at our HQ in Andheri West
