Qualifications: Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in the startup ecosystem, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., CEO, Venture Partner, or senior role at an incubator/accelerator). Proven track record of success in mentoring and scaling startups. Integrity, openness, leadership, and ability to inspire teams for excellence Knowledge & Skills: Deep expertise in venture capital, fundraising, and startup metrics. Strong business acumen and an understanding of diverse industry sectors. Excellent communication, networking, and public speaking skills. Ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
