Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments with precision and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Strong knowledge of office management software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
