India — On-site role supporting senior leadership at the head office.Role: Executive Assistant to Managing DirectorWe are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-impact, proactive support to the Managing Director. This hands-on role combines calendar and travel management, stakeholder coordination, and high-quality execution of office-level priorities to keep leadership focused on strategic work.Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage the MD’s calendar: prioritize meetings, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely preparation and follow-up.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, visas, itineraries, and expense reconciliation.
  • Prepare briefing packs, agendas, and concise minutes; track action items and escalate as needed to ensure completion.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders—screen requests, route communications, and draft professional correspondence.
  • Handle confidential materials and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and compliance.
  • Organize leadership-level events, board meetings, and vendor interactions; manage logistics, AV, and hospitality to guarantee flawless execution.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years' experience supporting C-suite/MD-level executives in a fast-paced corporate or tech environment (on-site).
  • Proven expertise in executive calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting facilitation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management and professional email drafting skills.
  • High integrity and ability to manage confidential information; strong judgment and situational awareness.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Outlook) and basic expense tools.

Preferred

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, telecommunications, or voice/contact-centre industry; prior exposure to investor/board coordination an advantage.
  • Familiarity with basic project tracking tools (Trello, Asana, or equivalent) and simple event logistics platforms.
