Executive Assistant to MD

Position: Executive Assistant to MD

Industry: Uniform Manufacturing

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Location: NOIDA SECTOR 67

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar

management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

 Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and business correspondence as required.

 Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Merchandising, Quality, Stores,

HR, and Finance for smooth communication and task follow-ups.

 Assist the MD in monitoring daily operations, project updates, deadlines, and

performance reports.

 Handle confidential information with professionalism and maintain accurate

documentation.

 Organize client meetings, factory visits, and vendor follow-ups related to the uniform

manufacturing process.

 Track production schedules, customer orders, and project timelines as directed by the

MD.

 Ensure timely reminders, task updates, and priority management for the MD.

Skills & Qualifications:

 Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.

 3–4 years of experience as an EA, Coordinator, or similar role.

 Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing

environment.

 Professional attitude, confidentiality, and time management skills.
