Job Description

As an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director (MD) at our company, your role involves providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the MD. You will be responsible for maintaining proactive communication with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders, drafting and managing various documents for the MD, managing the MD's calendar and travel arrangements, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Additionally, you will handle confidential information with integrity, monitor deadlines, and coordinate with recruitment and HR teams for manpower planning. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the MD. - Maintain proactive communication with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders. - Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, reports, MIS, and presentations for the MD. - Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements. - Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and monitor deadlines. - Coordinate with recruitment and HR teams for manpower planning. - Maintain effective communication across departments and act as a bridge between MD and employees. Qualifications & Skills: - Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance (IIM or reputed B-school candidates preferred). - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. - Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail. - Ability to drive accountability in others and follow-up relentlessly. - Soft-spoken, polite, and professional demeanor. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools. - High level of integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.
