Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director 📍 Location: Nangloi, Delhi 🕴️ Reports To: Managing Director 💼 Experience Required: 6–10 years 📝 About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of a well-established company in the building materials and timber sector. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage internal operations, streamline processes, and serve as a strategic support arm to the MD. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Strategic & Administrative Support Support MD in daily operations, departmental coordination, and business initiatives. Prepare and maintain actionable trackers, minutes of meetings, and strategic follow-ups. Coordinate internal and external communications via email, phone, WhatsApp, etc. 🔹 Meeting & Calendar Management Schedule, plan, and follow up on meetings. Maintain calendar, set priorities, and align internal/external stakeholder appointments. Organize and track weekly/monthly business review meetings and reports. 🔹 Operational & Process Coordination Collect reports, analyze business data, and assist in decision-making. Assist in implementing and updating systems, SOPs, and processes across departments. Manage travel bookings and other executive logistics. 🎓 Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (Any stream) 💼 Experience: 6 to 10 years of relevant experience as an EA to senior leadership Must have experience coordinating with internal departments and leadership stakeholders 🧠 Skills & Attributes: Strong communication (written & verbal) in English Tech-savvy – proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Sharp attention to detail and ability to multitask Professional appearance and demeanor Show more Show less
