Role DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive, organized, and communicative Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO. This individual will serve as a key liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders and will play a crucial role in coordinating plant-level reporting, managing communications, and ensuring timely follow-ups on strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Executive SupportManage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.Prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO.Draft reports, presentations, and internal/external communications.Internal & External CoordinationFacilitate smooth communication between the CEO and department heads, customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.Monitor and manage follow-ups on key action items with internal teams.Represent the CEO in certain communications when required.Operational ReportingConsolidate and present daily/weekly/monthly reports from the manufacturing plant.Track and analyze key metrics related to production, quality, and delivery.Coordinate cross-functional reporting inputs to support decision-making.Project & Task ManagementAssist in managing strategic projects, timelines, and deliverables.Maintain tracking systems to ensure timely completion of tasks and escalations where needed. Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar EA, project coordination, or operations support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Education: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus. Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication in English and Hindi/Marathi.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital tools.Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and handle pressure.Understanding of plant operations and reporting is highly desirable.
