Sales Marketing Manager

As a Sales & Marketing Manager at Meevin Agromach Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and market reach of our high-quality agricultural blades and machinery products. Meevin Agromach is a renowned manufacturer serving OEMs, dealers, and distributors nationwide. In this position, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the agricultural machinery sector. Your main responsibilities will include devising and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expanding dealer and distributor networks, nurturing relationships with key customers, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. You will also be in charge of planning and executing marketing campaigns, organizing promotional events, managing pricing strategies, and supporting product branding and positioning. Additionally, you will work on suggesting new product offerings, collaborating with design and production teams, optimizing distribution channels, and enhancing after-sales service through dealer networks. Furthermore, conducting training sessions for dealers, distributors, and sales teams will be part of your role to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell our products effectively. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field (an MBA is preferred) along with a minimum of 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in agricultural machinery. You should have a strong understanding of agricultural machines, blades, and related markets, as well as possess excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English languages is desired, and a willingness to travel extensively across India is essential.
