We focus on innovation and efficiency to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer, located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products through quality control, quality assurance, and quality management practices. Key tasks include monitoring product quality, conducting quality inspections, and implementing quality improvement strategies. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to maintain high standards of product quality and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a productDeveloping quality control processesDesigning product specificationsEnsuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standardsSupervising staff and monitoring production standardsExamining the quality of raw materials that are used in productionMonitoring and evaluating internal production processesEvaluating the final output of products to determine their qualityRejecting products that fail quality standardsEngaging with customers and gathering product feedbackProducing statistical reports on quality standardsReporting to upper management on quality standard issuesEvaluating product recallsImproving production efficiency and managing waste Role Requirements:Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field4+ years of quality management experienceProficiency with precision measuring toolsStrong knowledge of calibration and ability to read blue printsQuality control certification advantageousExcellent attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communicationData analysis and statistical aptitudeGood interpersonal skillsHighly conscientious and diligentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in the agriculture equipment manufacturing industry is a plus
