Job Summary: The Quality Check Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards at every stage of production—from raw material inspection to final product assembly and site installation. The role involves coordination with the production and design teams to maintain consistency, minimize defects, and ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct quality inspections during various stages of modular furniture production. Check and verify raw materials, hardware, and panels received from suppliers. Monitor production quality on the shop floor and ensure adherence to design specifications. Maintain documentation and inspection reports for quality assurance records. Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Ensure dimensional accuracy and finish quality of final assembled products. Supervise assembly and fitting processes to ensure alignment with technical drawings. Inspect packaging and dispatch for damage prevention and accuracy. Conduct site quality checks during installation and ensure defect-free completion. Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams for smooth operations. Promote continuous improvement in production quality and process efficiency

Skills and Competencies:
 In-depth knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing and assembly.Understanding of panel cutting, edge banding, hardware fitting, and finish quality. Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and ability to read design plans.Strong observation and attention to detail.Good team coordination and communication skills.Basic computer proficiency and report documentation. Time management and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Interior Design, or relevant field. Experience:1–3 years of experience in modular furniture or interior manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
