· Provide strategic and administrative support to CMD in driving key business priorities.
· Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination for ongoing projects.
· Prepare MIS reports, business dashboards, and executive presentations for review meetings.
· Liaise with legal, finance, and compliance teams for documentation and governance tracking.
· Handle confidential information, asset records, and investment coordination with discretion.
· Drive automation and process optimization in MIS and reporting workflows.
· Use AI tools for market research, business analytics, and automation initiatives.
· Coordinate CMD’s travel, meetings, events, and client or partner visits.
· Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners.
· Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
· High integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
