Job Description

About the Role:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a critical role in providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO. This position requires a proactive professional who can manage priorities, handle confidential information, coordinate across departments, and ensure smooth execution of organizational initiatives in the US Healthcare (RCM) domain.

The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries efficiently.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting briefs, reports, and presentations, ensuring the CEO is fully prepared for discussions.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and official communications on behalf of the CEO.

Business Operations Coordination:

  • Support the CEO in tracking key company initiatives, business metrics, and strategic goals related to RCM operations.
  • Coordinate with department heads (Operations, HR, Finance, IT, etc.) to ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
  • Create and maintain executive dashboards or trackers for ongoing projects and performance metrics.

Communication & Liaison:

  • Act as a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal teams.
  • Maintain strong coordination with US clients and leadership teams, ensuring clarity in deliverables and timelines.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Project & Administrative Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing leadership meetings, board reviews, and business reviews.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, follow up on actionable items, and ensure closure.
  • Support the CEO in decision-making by providing research, data summaries, and insights.
  • Help drive organizational initiatives, HR communications, and culture alignment activities from the CEO’s office.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of US Healthcare / RCM operations (Physician Billing, Coding, AR, Credentialing, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both internal and client-facing).
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and task/project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to summarize and present key business data effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in an RCM / US Healthcare company.
  • Prior exposure to working across time zones or with US clients is preferred.
