About The Opportunity

A fast-growing technology company operating in the AI-enabled enterprise software and services sector, hiring for an on-site Executive Assistant role supporting the CEO. This is an operations-critical position for a high-velocity leadership team where discretion, impeccable execution, and proactive problem solving directly impact company momentum.

Primary Title:

Executive Assistant to CEO | Location: India (On-site)Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide high-touch executive support to the CEO—manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and ensure time is allocated to strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate and execute all travel logistics, detailed itineraries, visas, and on-the-ground arrangements to enable efficient leader mobility.
  • Draft, edit, and finalize communications, presentations, board materials, and confidential documents with strong attention to tone and accuracy.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders—screen requests, escalate appropriately, and manage follow-ups to closure.
  • Own expense reporting, vendor coordination, and administrative logistics for the CEO office; implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Proactively manage ad-hoc projects, meetings, and events; anticipate needs, resolve issues independently, and maintain strict confidentiality.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
  • Expert calendar management skills with proven ability to prioritize conflicting commitments and optimize executive time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation and document-preparation skills (MS Office / G‑Suite).
  • High degree of discretion, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities with minimal supervision.
  • On-site availability in India and flexibility for occasional extended hours or domestic/international travel coordination.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting a CEO in an AI/technology company or high-growth enterprise.
  • Familiarity with CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, Notion, Slack, Asana or equivalent).
  • Basic project management experience and comfort driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
