Hiring for a fast-scaling organization in the AI & enterprise software / deeptech sector that builds research-driven products and platform services for B2B customers. This role supports executive leadership in a high-velocity, product and customer-focused environment. On-site role in India, requiring hands-on executive partnership and stakeholder engagement.

Executive Assistant

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day executive support to the CEO: manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure time is optimized for strategic priorities.
  • Prepare and edit executive-facing materials: create concise briefings, executive summaries, slide decks, and meeting agendas tailored for board, investor, and partner interactions.
  • Own travel and logistics end-to-end: arrange international and domestic travel, visas, itineraries, ground transport, and on-the-ground coordination for in-person events.
  • Manage confidential correspondence and information flow: screen communications, draft responses when required, and maintain strict discretion on sensitive matters.
  • Coordinate cross-functional programs and special projects: drive follow-ups, track action items, and ensure timely closure by partnering with People, Finance, Legal, and Product teams.
  • Administer expense reporting, vendor coordination, and office logistics: reconcile CEO expenses, liaise with finance, and optimize operational processes to reduce friction.

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, confidential workloads with excellent attention to detail and judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English; professional presence for interfacing with investors, partners, and senior leaders.
