Job Description

A suitable candidate would be one with strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills to support the Director’s office. This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities and requires someone who can interpret business data, prepare insights, manage key projects, liaise with senior stakeholders, and drive business.

1. Executive support and calendar Management-

  • Manage complex calendars, travel, and communication workflows.
  • Act as the single point of coordination between CXO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft high-quality presentations, emails, and Excel files

2. Data Analysis and Business in Sight

  • Pull data from internal systems (CRM / ERP / HRMS) to create dashboards and MIS reports.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review decks with insights.
  • Convert raw data into meaningful insights for concluding.

3. Project Management

  • Track milestones and ensure timely completion of strategic projects.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination with HR, Finance, Operations, and Client Teams.
  • Maintain action trackers and follow-through mechanisms.

4. Strategic & Administrative Support

  • Prepare briefs, research notes, and competitive intelligence for reporting authority
  • Support governance processes, board documentation, and compliance timelines.
  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.


Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Power Query preferred).
  • Experience in creating dashboards using Power BI / Tableau (good to have).
  • Ability to analyse, interpret, and present data clearly.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills.

Behavioural competencies

  • High ownership and accountability.
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability.
  • Ability to work with senior leaders confidently.
  • Multi-tasking, prioritisation, and deadline discipline.
  • Analytical and structured thinking.

Additional requirements

  • MBA from a reputed institute.
  • Experience supporting senior/top leadership is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
