About the Opportunity

What You'll Do:

- Shadow the Founder and gain exposure to strategic decision-making- Take on basic research tasks and assist in operational improvements- Conduct regular inspection of assets and implement a preventive maintenance program- Manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth stock flow- Handle data entry, organize records, and generate simple, clear reports- Support general office administration, manage note sheets and filing systems- Coordinate day-to-day operations by acting as a bridge between senior leadership and ground staff- Use digital tools (Google Meet, MS Office, ChatGPT, etc.) efficiently👤

Who We're Looking For:

- A go-getter with great communication skills and a high sense of ownership- Presentable, organized, and capable of independent execution- Tech-savvy and open to using modern tools- Curious, thoughtful, and always looking to improve how things are done- Has a frugal mindset and practical business sense- Should be a graduate from any field, or have 4–5 years of relevant work experience- Confident handling uncertainty and navigating real-world business situations- Has an eye for detail and the ability to structure thoughts, information and actions- Emotionally intelligent and empathetic while dealing with people
