Role & responsibilities : Production Supervisor: 1. Production Execution: Ensure daily production plan is executed as per schedule on High-Tensile (HT) Line & Slitting Line. Achieve targeted shift-wise production with zero delays. Ensure the line runs in full auto-mode with minimal manual intervention. 2. Quality Control: Perform in-process and final quality checks, test samples batch-wise. Ensure correct stickers, labels, and traceability on each coil. Maintain all Process Capability Parameters (like width, thickness, tensile strength, elongation) within limits. 3. Packaging & Dispatch Readiness: Ensure 100% of produced material is packed online with proper wrapping and labeling. Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure timely readiness of finished goods. 4.
