TPM/TQM Champion

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Coordination

• Coordinate TPM/TQM activities with external advisors, plant managers, and assistant plant heads.
• Develop and deploy TQM/TPM frameworks across production units.
• Serve as a bridge between management goals and worker-level execution.

• Data-Driven Process Optimization

• Collect, analyze, and interpret production and quality data to identify root causes.
• Apply statistical process control and advanced problem-solving methods.
• Use tools like

  Excel (Advanced), Minitab, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools

  for trend analysis, dashboards, and KPI monitoring.
• Recommend and implement process improvements based on data insights.

• Shop Floor Engagement

• Implement hands-on process improvements directly on the production floor.
• Train and mentor operators and supervisors in TPM pillars and TQM practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and accountability at worker level.

• Performance Monitoring

• Track and report operational metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), downtime, scrap, and quality levels.
• Lead Kaizen initiatives, 5S, and waste elimination programs.
• Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience

  in manufacturing, preferably with exposure to multiple process areas.
• Strong

  data analysis skills

  with proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel (advanced), Minitab, Tableau, or similar tools

  .
• Hands-on experience implementing

  worker-level process improvements

  .
• Strong background in

  root cause analysis, problem solving, and statistical process control

  .
• Bachelors degree in

  Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the

  plastics industry

  (e.g., extrusion, injection molding, woven plastics, coatings).

• Certification in TPM, TQM, Lean, or Six Sigma

  (Green/Black Belt).
• Knowledge of

  ISO 9001:2015

  and other quality management systems.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional continuous improvement
